1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned with its original packaging, including any jewelry boxes, certificates, tags, and any accessories that came with it.
  • Receipt/Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation email must be included with the return to verify the purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival. These include:

  • Custom or Personalized Jewelry: Items that have been engraved, custom-made, or altered for you.
  • Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased on sale, during promotions, or with discounts (unless otherwise specified).
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@chicsparklee.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to send the item back.

  3. Shipping the Item Back: Pack the item securely, ensuring all original packaging and accessories are included. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error in processing your order.

  4. Return Address: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please include the RMA number inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

  5. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange request.


4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. This typically takes 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned product.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid via credit card, PayPal, or digital wallet, the refund will be credited to your account. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  • Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the item is returned in a condition that is not in line with our return policy (e.g., if the jewelry shows signs of wear, damage, or missing pieces).


5. Exchanges

  • Eligible Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, you must return the original item and place a new order. The exchange will be processed as a return, and a new purchase will be required for the new item.

  • Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, we will offer an exchange for the same item or a full refund. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item to initiate the process.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item at no cost to you. Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement item, depending on your preference and availability.


7. International Returns

For customers outside the U.S., please note the following:

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Customs Duties: International returns may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Final Notes
